1. Service Use


All services provided are for personal wellness and skincare. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.


2. Appointments & Cancellations


Appointments must be booked in advance. We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.


3. Payments


All services must be paid for in full at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted payment methods include cash, card, and applicable digital payments.


4. Health Disclosure


Clients must inform their esthetician of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to receiving treatment.


5. Liability


Koya Spa is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from withheld health information or failure to follow aftercare instructions.


6. Changes to Terms


We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
